Nikon F3 in Aquatica Housing - TTL question

I have acquired a used Aquatica housing for Nikon F3. The housing does not have TTL bulkhead. I have SB104 strobes. Is there a way to set up TTL connection between my F3 and the SB104s?

Did Aquatica ever make a TTL housing for F3?
