I can't seem to find a straight answer anywhere.... Can I use an Inon D2000 with any other D90 housings aside from the Nexus housing, which obviously has an optical connection? I have seen allusions to an electrical to optical converter but info seems sparse. I am considering the Aquatica housing, but if I need to upgrade to a Z240/220 then it changes the equation a bit.

any info appreciated!

There will be a new aluminum housing unveiled and available at the Dema show that I would suggest waiting for... Its ergonomics will surpass all other models available today, and both live view and video can be accessed without taking your hand off of the right handle. The housing will ship with two optical bulkheads as standard equipment, allowing you to fully utilize your D-2000, and will sell for around $2200.
