I recently purchased a CP-3N underwater housing for my Coolpix 3200. I've taken a few pics so far on a couple dives and they are decent. Nothing like what I've seen others do with the same setup. Can anybody recommend some settings for me to set the camera on for my next dive for optimal picture quality?

Hi;

Although I'm not that familiar with your particular camera, I'd try to use a shutter or aperture priority setting and get close. Adding a lighting package will extend your capabilities and give better color.

I have a couple of Tips articles on my blog that give more details.
