They seem to be out of stock at the moment but I paid $70 shipped on eBay for this:

I had to adjust where they put the d-rings and get an o-ring for the LP inflator retainer but it's proven to be a decent plate and harness for when my SS plate is too heavy.

I guess it works like a rubber band to hold the inflator hose in place on the shoulder strap.

Seems kind of expensive to me especially when you can get the Storm one with harness and crotch strap for close to that and if you have more than 5 items in a single invoice, Dolphin ships overseas for free.

The one or more o-ring/s slides on the shoulder strap and the inflation hose is run down through it. An option to the Velcro flap pocket.

The oring (bungee in this example same concept but different stretchy) is shown in the second picture along the right. My LP inflator is a nice short length so that it ends exactly where that o-ring and dring is. This allows me to tuck it in place during the dive when not in use to be nice and streamlined with no dangles.
