Members of the Greater Omaha SCUBA Club had a dive event this morning. Visibility was decent, water temp above the thermocline was 76, and the thermocline has dropped to 22-23 ft. The blue gill were out in force!

Great fish selfie, my friend !!

Personally I have always stayed above the thermocline which is around 22 ft. right now. My husband got down to 30 ft. yesterday and didn't hit the bottom. Another person who dives the quarry has been down to 40 ft.

Did not know about that venue!
