Finally had the chance to get wet and try out Inon UCL-165LD with the Canon S100 in the WP-DC43 case. The case had to be fitted with the 28LD Mount Base which has a diffuser. As there is some shadowing using the camera's flash, I decided to also use a Nocturnal Video Light SLX 800 mounted on a flex arm off to the right side, both as an aiming light and to help reduce the shadow. I will try out the Nikon SB 105's on a later dive.
My buddy was also trying out his S100 in an FIX housing with the UWL-H100 and Dome port combination. He has rigged up dual SeaLife strobes and had attached a SeaLife video head to one of the arms to provide lighting. It was a good combination for us as I could work on some closeups while he could photograph me. Helped us to stay together. Dive was a bit early for a night dive and subject matter was scarce and skittish. The invasive Goby species provided about the best opportunity for close up work and I concentrated on these.(But I won't bore you with multiple images of this subject) A few images attached. Some post editing involving cropping, polishing etc.

I am pleased with the Inon lens and will work on lighting.

A week later, an hour later in the Niagara River. Using same set up. Camera on AV mode f/5.6 at 1/60. This worked ok, most of the time, as the subjects were not moving. 1/60th is not ideal but worked ok for these photos.
