New to this site looks like a great resource!

Will be traveling to Mactan Cebu in January. Will be snorkeling there

Are there any near shore Reefs close to beach accessable to short swim off shore of the resorts on Mactan?

Any strong currents to be concerned about close to shore?

Any poisonous shells or other sea life to be concerend about in that area?
I hear there are dolphins close to shore early morning ofright off shore from the Resorts there?
