New Years Day Dive in Peterborough

If you're not too hung over or sleepy eyed.
The Trident Underwater Club will have it's annual traditional Seasons opener New Years Day dive.
Type of Dive: Drift
Duration: 20 - 30 minutes
Depth range :15 -25 feet
Time 12:00 noon
Location: Otanabee River, Lock 19, Lansdowne Street, Peterborough
From GTA ; HWY 401 to hwy 115 to The Parkway, turn right on Lansdowns St, follow to Lock 19 on right.
From Ottaw area : hwy 7 west into Peterborugh, (becomes Lansdowne St)
follow to lock 19 ( on south side) on left.

All all welcome.

we'll head to Tim Horton's for coffees, and lunch after the dive.

8 of us braved the cold in Peterborough, yesterday.
Water was high, current swift.
Dive times varies 20 -40 minutes. Water was 34°F
vis: about 15 ft
we finished up at Tim Horton's for coffe and soup.
