The turtles were shot at Sheraton Caverns and the sharks at Fast Lanes. Beach scenes where Poipu.

Poipu is a great family beach isn't it. One evening my son and I were snorkeling in the shallow part of the beach and a turtle swam into the cove and around us for several minutes. It was awesome.
I will have to dive Sheraton Caverns next time I go. It looks great.
