New venus 60mm macro 2:1 magnification on NEX7?

Would this work for underwater? Need to add in an adapter for NEX so then maybe the macro port plus the ring would work?

60mm and 2x mag. Watch the video review on it

it looks great but one big issue is no auto focus. That's fine but it means it needs a fitted port with a focus knob.
