New variation of k type inflator assembly-How to disassemble

Curious if anyone has encountered this and been able to disassemble for maintenance.

This version has a screw slot on the end, but unscrewing results in the button coming off. On other versions with the screw slot, the screw is actually a nut that comes off of the shaft.

in this new version, once the button is off, the shaft with the screw end cannot be readily extracted from the bottom of the metal assembly housing.
