It is nice to feel surrounded by lots of experienced divers and my first stab at being part of an on-line group.
I've been diving off and on for many years, with time for serious diving only in the past 5 years. So, I'm just an average ordinary diver, still learning every time I dive.
I dive with small groups of independent spearfishers and photographers, often in roughish seas, and occasionally find myself alone, which I don't particularly like unless we are close to shore. Not so keen on large groups of divers, or regimented dives, so I am hoping this group will provide lots of ideas for places to discover that meet my peculiar criteria: exciting, not too dangerous, off the beaten path. Oh, and requiring not too much money!

welcome aboard

:blinking:hey welcome and enjoy! Lots of good stuff here and some not so good. It can be fun sorting it out:rofl3:

Where in the Caribean? You may find others from your area to link up with by going into the regional forums. I haven't checked out the buddy matix being one of the lucky ones who have a group of awsome buddies. I am really fortunate as my hubby is a diver too.

Good luck in your hunt. We have met/dived with a few people from SB and they have been awesome so far!:coffee:
