So i made a bit of a whiskey fueled decision and bought an old MCH-6 site unseen. The upside is that the seller is a professional aquaintance that i know to be trustworthy. Anyway, he received this in trade for some work done and has no use for it so offered it to me. I have yet to put hands on but, he sais it does turn over and has compression. Im already planning on an almost certain 4th stage replacement along with all the consumables. Does anyone have any other suggestions as to probable issues as i bring it out of hibernation?

I like a bigger diameter remote intake hose and try to have a barrier such a wall or bulkhead between the engine and the intake. New drive motors are pretty cheap if that one is cranky.

I've been toying with the idea of just having the intake on am ~ 8' PVC straight up... what do you think?
