Unopened. I want to say, this came with my D6 originally but I had an existing cable that I used instead.
According to the Suunto site, this will work with the Suunto Zoop Novo, Vyper Novo and D-series dive computers such as the D6, D6i, D4, D4i, D9, D9tx but not the D5.
