New strobe for Olympus E-510

Hi there,

I have an Olympus EVOLT E-510 in an Ikelite housing with a DS50 strobe. I am thinking of adding an additional strobe for it. My question is whether to add another DS-50 or a DS-51 or a DS-125? I am using the TTL cable to the strobe connected internally to the hot shoe. Also, how does the second unit sync? Does it need a double cable or does it sense the other flash to trigger it? Any other additional info would be helpful. Thanks.

Either a DS51 or a DS160 would be great additions to your set-up. Using different power strobes can add depth and visual interest.

Use a dual sync cord #4103.52 to sync two strobes with your system. Both DS51 and DS160 Substrobes are available in complete packages with strobe arm and dual sync cord:
