Hi everyone. I'm Lance, 25 from Mass. Been snorkeling for a couple years now, but picked up spearfishing this season and a couple days ago I got my lobster permit. Pots and diving, but I have no money for pots right now.

Anyhoo, I'm not Scuba certified at all, but hope to be someday. I'm unemployed right now and just enjoying my summer for the moment. My gear is pretty cheap, being unemployed. A 40$ mask, snorkel and fins from Benny's (local discount store). No wetsuit. I grew up on the South Shore, I'm used to the colder water :D Home-made wooden polespear/tickle stick. Homemade dive flag attached to a $7 Walmart buoy. Chum bags for catching stuff and a somewhat rusty Buck dive knife.

Sofar, I've been eating founder and tautog a couple times per week, and I hope to add lobster to that menu soon enough. I just have to figure out how to find 'em!
