New Scubapro MK 20 DIN + DIN - Yolk adp

I have a brand new never used Scubapro MK 20 DIN with new never used Scubapro DIN - Yolk adapter. I bought these as a set to get the S600 that came with them, but I don't need the 1st stage and adapter. I'm also throwing in my lightly used
Scubapro R295. It was tested and serviced last fall and has been dove about 9 times since.

Has the first stage been fixed to stop the overtightening of the retainer?
