Does anyone know whether the new Recsea S95 double O ring back with larger dial control can be fitted to the original S95 housing?

Also I note in some photos that on some models (not mine) there are a series of white dots on the locking mechanism. I understand that in the one dot position the door is locked and in the two dot position the door is unlocked, but what is the three dot marking for?

one dot : fully closed
Two dots : half closed (no use off course underwater but usefull to check if it is closed or not)
Three dots : fully opened (to open the door : if you turn the wheel in order to align its three dots to the dot on the housing, it will help opening the door by pushing it from "inside")

I can see now that if you turn the ring past the open position it has a cam that pops the door open. Usually I just open it with my fingers.

What about installing the new design rear door with double O ring and large multi-function rear dial on an older Recsea S95 housing, can it be done? Anyone have ideas?

So no one knows eh?
