Looks like this one has a larger battery - 21700 versus 18650 - and is thus also slightly longer.

What is the cost?
What prevents the mag switch from getting bumped and turning the light on in a gear bag on a long boat ride?

If it's like the Xtar D06 you twist the handle from the head a little and it's switched off regardless of the magnetic slide position. In other words it also has a twisty switch which is not prone to turning on accidentally.
