Ok, this is a shameless display of patting myself on the back:D! Today I took and passed my Nitrox exam. Would have loved to have a few more dives under my belt before I did this, but it is winter time here in Montana and it is hard as all get up to find someone to go diving with. Had to pass the time somehow.

Congratulations! I don't think you need more dives to take Nitrox; the theory is useful no matter what diving you are doing. And when you come over here to dive the Sound, you'll find Nitrox is VERY handy to explore some of our somewhat deeper sites (where there are often octopus dens).

Congrat.s! If a trip comes up where it'll be useful, you'll be glad you've already got it. Hey, it's warm in Bonaire...

Richard.

Congrats on the Nitrox cert. It is a good piece of learning to add to your arsenal of knowledge. Dive safe and dive often.

Good divers are always learning, and diving. Never stop expanding your competence and your experience! And each time you do , post here and you won't have to pat yourself on the back- your friends on the board will do it for you!
