Hi,
My name is Matt Powers. I am from southern tier NY and am pretty new to diving (started last February). I am currently working on my PADI rescue diver certification and have already attained several specialties. I am also the current president of the AJ Dive Club at Camp Arifjan Kuwait. I look forward to the experiences diving has to offer!
