I just wanted to introduce myself.

On that note, I would also like to say Hi.

I am Paul Jones and live and dive mostly in Amsterdam (The Netherlands).

I have been diving since about March and am now doing my Padi Rescue diver certification.

My work is completely non-related to diving (IT); however the thought of packing up all the technology and instructoring or dive mastering somewhere in the Mediteranian is extremely appealing.

We will see.....

Basically I will dive anywhere there is water, but in the immediate vicinity of Amsterdam you have :

Vinkeveen Plassen
SpeigelPlas
SloterPlas

and Het Twiske

With regards to locations that are further afield have a look at http://www.nob-nl.nl/start.php?page=duiken_in_nederland

Obviously the best diving in the Netherland is in Zeeland.
