New horse collars?

I have been looking all over for a new manufactured horse collar BC and have only ran into dead ends. The Sea Elite is discontinued as is the Aquatec. Is there anyone out there making a reasonably priced basic horse collar type BC?

For some reason I remember seeing them used by and produced for public safety divers, but that's a few years back, no idea if there still being made or used
It would be nice to have the 3rd BCD option again
