New HOG Reg Problems

I've had my hog regulator setups for my double about 4 months now. I'm recently experiencing hissing a second or two after I charge the system through the mouth of my regs. I've adjusted the cracking pressure on both regulators but nothing seems to help. Also, the purge button seems to not be working either.

I'm not sure if my first stages need to be tuned or what but any insight into what my problems may be are greatly appreciated.

For the purge button remove the cover check for sand or grit. Rinse press a few times and look for anything that comes out. Rinse again. That always soles mine. I do is after every beach dive........
