How do...

My wife and I were in Cozumel on a cruise this past week and I decided I can't stand it any more!! I'm going to get back into diving!!

So it seems a refresher course is in order, plus I guess I'll need to buy some new stuff.

Or do people still dive with old Seatec horsecollar BCs??
 
uv830, your gear is fine, look into vintage section here, you will get the info you need to service your gear and find a buddy also.
