Hi I am new to this forum. I found it when I was looking for Dive instructors. I have always wanted to learn to dive but am on a limited income and live only a mile from the beach. This past weekend my partner won a free PADI certification course from aquanauts.biz at a local Spring Festival and I am now looking around to learn also. I am wanting to learn as well. Any suggestions for a person on limited income due to a disability wanting to learn to dive is welcomed.
