New flights on Air Asia - Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia)- Manado and to Makassar

I guess I'll shop around for the flights CGK-MDC-CGK. Is it usually better to book in advance before my trip, or should I just go to some travel place for tickets once I get into Jakarta? (in many places in Asia this will get you better prices rather than booking in advance)

It is very hard I have been told to book the smaller airlines domestic flights in advance from abroad.

You can see if you dive operator can book your domestic flights for you.
