Hi! I am new to this board and diving. I am not certified yet. I'm going on a cruise in June '09 to San Juan, PR, St Thomas, Dominica, Barbados, St Lucia, Antiqua, and St Kitts.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I want to shark cage dive, if possible. Also, I would like to be certified before the trip so I can scuba dive.
 
St Thomas has a decent place to dive, its at Coki beach, dive shop is right at the beach, very easy dive with lots of fish and small coral reef, I was there in Feb 2009 and i Liked it, but I have to say it was my first saltwater dive and warm water.

When u say cage diving with sharks, do u mean great whites, because alot of places will take u shark diving anywhere (with no cage) with reef sharks and such, I think i read in a magazine that this is possibly the last year for great white cage dives and i think it happens on the pacific coast (maybe Guadaloupe, or galapagos)
