My Diving Concepts drysuit needs new boots. I would rather not replace them with the neoprene type it came with. Just like their neoprene dry gloves, they sprung a bunch of leaks. Until now, I was able to find them and aquaseal them, but I'm having a hard time keeping up with the new holes. Also, the soles have worn pretty thin (and been aquasealed to the point of being dangerously slippery :11:).

Anyone know a source where I can order new boots to install myself? Probably turbo sole type rubber ones would be the best bet for my needs? I don't wanna deal with rock boots.

Snowbear,

I'm sorry I don't have an answer to your question. However, I did want to say that in the meantime you can put some sand on the aquaseal on the foot of the old boots while drying to give yourself some traction.

Good luck in your hunt.

Most of the suit manuf will retrofit your suit to hard soled rubber boots. It usually runs about $250.
