I am a new dover in training at the moment and am a bit nervous about speaking to my instructor about a problem I am having, incase he tells me I can no longer continue. I am training in a 3 meter diving pool and am practising boyancy. During one of my asents I came up far to quickly (even though the pool is only 3 metres) I get a pain in the base of my scull which passes in a minute or 2, is this because I am acending too fast or is it another problem ? I only get this when I ascend from the bottom to top quickly...
Any advice would be most appreciated....
