New diver from upstate ny

I just finished my OW certification this past weekend in Lake Rawlings in Virginia. I know that my sound like a long way to go , but I have a friend that is a instructor in VA that was nice enough to put me up and cart me around to help me get my cert. I had a great time and " The Dive Shop" out of Richmond VA made all the training a great time. The season is kind of winding down up here but I have found a local dive club that has a meeting coming up next month so I'm looking forward to meeting some local divers to help me continue my diving and education .

Thanks for the welcome. I don't think I can get underwear on under my wetsuit...now if I could just afford a dry suit.
