New Camera Purchase

I am looking at a new u/w camera for xmas. I am leaning towards the Bonica Multi Snapper with Strobe. I like the fact that it has 3 focal distances with the rotating lens ring versus add on lenes.

Does anyone have this camera? How do you like it?

Or is there something better for the money?
