I had an A570 with the DC12 housing that I "lost" while diving in Pensacola due to a stupid mistake :depressed:. Thank goodness I saved my pictures/video from the Oriskany the day before. I'm headed on a dive trip next month and need to replace my camera and housing. My wife has a SX100 that I really like and BH Photo has the Ikelite housing on sale right now for $299. I'm also considering the A720 with the Canon housing.

Here's the question: If I buy the SX100, am I stuck with using all Ikelite accessories, or are there other (cheaper) manufacturers to choose from if I decide to add a strobe down the road? Also, if I go with the 720 and the Canon housing, what options are there for adding a WA lens or strobe?

Any other recommendations you have would be appreciated.
