New BCD

I am looking for a new weight integrated BCD. I would prefer a more tech styled back inflate but I will pretty much take what I can get at this point. I am a college student so I am looking for something on the cheaper end of the spectrum. Any suggestions as to a brand or model? Where is the best place to get inexpensive equipment?

Look on E-bay to get a quick idea of what is out there and how much they are going for. If you do your homework you should be able to get a decent BCD for a good price. Good Luck..

I was by Diver's Direct yesterday and they had this BC for $299. It appeared well built and is a back inflator. I have not used this model, but it appears similar to others that are selling for more. The store is a chain of "dive superstores", that has on-line sales, too. They sell a lot of Mares equipment here in Florida, and everyone seems satisfied.

Mares is a good product, if the BC fits well, you can't really go wrong with the brand and price!

Golem Gear has a bp/w setup for 290 in their sale section. It's what my friend's hubby is getting for christmas. That and the tanks for doubles.
