I bought a BC from someone who used it once and decided they didn't like scuba. It fits prefectly except the waist belt is just a tiny bit snug. Is there some way to extend the belt a little bit? Does anyone make a belt extender?

What kind of BCD? Sometimes you can have a length of webbing sewn on to the waist belt.

It's an Aqualung Dimensions i3

Ok.....just went through the manual and no mention of a replaceable waist belt. Does the cummerbund fit? So, as I mentioned, you could have a length of webbing sewn on to the belt, or......
In all honesty, the waist belt is a pretty important part of the system and as well the AL i3 is an infamous BCD in the scuba diving world, you maybe better served by selling it off and getting another that fits properly.

Appreciate the input. It actually fits perfect but there isn't any wiggle room for getting fatter. WIth my wet or dry suit on when I buckle it is just snug. My issue right now is a shoulder injury that has kept me out of the gym and I put a few pounds on the spare tire. I have just started back in the gym so hopefully in the next month or so I will be back to my old fighting weight.

If you can locate a matching buckle set (contact them?), you could make a "cheater" to insert, thus having two buckles on the waist belt....
