This is a chilling read for those of us that love to visit mexico, particularly since the skimmer is INSIDE the ATM thanks to corrupt technicians.

Bottem line: NEVER use an ATM that is not physically inside a bank, and even then use your smartphone to check to see if the "Free2Move" beacon is being broadcast.
