Looks VERY cool!

Any one up for a dive in Dallas.

The complex will work with area schools, providing classrooms and expert instructors. Other visitors will be able to snorkel or scuba at a special snorkel and scuba center, as well as explore caves as low as 35 feet.

An interesting thing related to this. To get more info, I went to Goggle.com and typed in "grapevine aquarium" as the keywords.

First page ranked was a posting on this board by Catch22. Next was the article referenced by TwoBit that started this thread.

From the article that TwoBit pointed out:

Seems like this will be a good way for us North Texans to get the salty taste in our mouth without the 5 hour drive to Freeport (if the cost of admission is reasonable).

[thinking out loud] Taking this to a further consideration, I wonder if we could convince the training agencies to count a dive in this facility towards students OW dives? Seeing all these fish coral would get them hooked more than our local mudholes/stock tanks.
