New; 2 x ScubaPro 2.5/0.5mm Hooded Vest, 7mm BarrierTec Wetsuit

Hey ScubaBoard,

I have a few left over items for sale from my diving days, all of my leftover gear has to go as I won't be diving in the foreseeable future.

First up, I have 2, brand new ScubaPro hooded vest, Size: LARGE, they are 2.5mm/0.5mm. New, never been used.

Asking for $50 each, the hangar is included as well.

Next up is a ScubaPro Barrier Tec 7mm Wetsuit. Size: Large, Worn > 5 times, worn with a ScubaPro dive skin, Florida springs gets pretty cold during deco. Switch to DUI Drysuit after purchasing the wetsuit.

Asking for $169 for the wetsuit, comes with the ScubaPro hangar.

Potential buyers BEWARE!!!!!!!!

It's been almost 2 weeks since I started a dialogue on a couple items I wanted.

On 9/24/13 I paid via payPal for the two hooded vests and hangars to Ren. I even sent him my own UPS number to use for Ground shipping.

Despite repeated requests for a phone and address I still have not received the items nor UPS shipping confirmation or any updates.

I usually give people the benefit of the doubt on any transaction whether selling or buying if they COMMUNICATE and don't hide..........

I'll update this listing if it works out.

Hate to air dirty laundry in public but here's more details and the lessons learned on buying..........

Tracked Ebay ID which is is now listed as "Not Registered". Photo there stating he's a student at a FLA university. Called there, not a student since 2007

PayPal acct says: "Verified" so maybe they have an address, phone etc. We'll see if PayPal has any teeth tied to a bank account to recover my money.

Lessons learned even though I'm usually a VERY trusting person?

Get a PHONE number and ADDRESS in any dealings. CALL the person to establish an honest connection. I can't believe people won't do this when they waste cell or whatever minutes all the time..........My bad this time.....

Then and only then send payment..........

Last response was from an Android phone and people have them in their faces constantly so he's received my emails and PMs here I'm sure.......

I'm not too hopeful on this but we'll see if the kid does the right thing and returns my money
