i have seen pictures of the NERD OC mounted to a helmet using a flexible arm mount that allows the Nerd to hang down from the top. Does anybody know the best place to source this type of flexible mounting solution?

you were probably looking at pictures of Brian Kakuk who was using the original NERD and that came with a locline mount that he had adapted to a gopro clip for his helmet. He's now using gopro bits to go all the way out to the NERD. It was definitely not a stock option, lots of customization by him
