Nekton Mayaguana Cruise

Has anyone done the Mayaguana trip with Nekton? I have been on the boat a few times but there is not much info on this route. If anyone knows the good, bad or ugly...please let me know.

Nobody has done this itinerary yet, it is brand new. I think the crew did several exploratory dives there this past couple of years when they were in the area for the whale watching tours, that was it. Sounds pretty good though.

Did you manage to get to mayaguana (bahamas) last March?
I am also a Marine Biologist and I am considering the trip next month.
Did you see whales, turtles, sharks? How is the surrounding reef? I hear there is one outfit with tanks and wieght on the island????
