I've got the Innovative delux kit. It was a gift, that has actually come in handy on quite a few occasions
 
I'd go with the small XSScuba tool and a small adjustable wrench do tighten or loosen hoses. And be sure to check it or it will get confiscated from check-in luggage.

Another vote for the Innovative Deluxe. Although I also added some Viton o-rings (the ones with it are standard Buna), cristolube, a few more different size quick ties, and a simple penknife (take it out for air travel). I keep it in a heavy-duty Ziplock freezer bag with my gear and I've used it on many occasions, mostly to help others on the boat. A versatile investment.
