Need some help

Hi folk's I have not been around for a little while. I had to go TDY out of country and just got back last week and I have been very busy. I am haveing problem's trying to change my old email addy to my new one, on top of that I can not remember my password so for some reason I can do the other.

I was wondering if anyone the MOD's could give me a hand to get this straight and fixed so I can update my info, I would be greatfull for any help.
