I have a 30-40 year old Sunpak Marine 28 that fits a Nikonos 3 (film camera) and don't know how to access the batteries. Anyone around here old enough to remember how you do that?

[http://www.fotoevita.net/nikonos_flash_bulb.htm] has a picture of one about 3/8th from the top of the page. Also found an old eBay photo here []Sunpak Marine 28 Underwater Camera Flash No Reserve | eBay

The unit has a yellow plastic slide switch on the bottom that will let you rotate the bottom cover about 30 degrees. But nothing comes apart. I suspect the batteries inside have cemented things together.
