Need hose computer, spg, 1st & 2nd stage

My brother asked about a new 1st & 2nd stage (no octo), spg and computer on same hose. Nitrox computer but no need for tech stuff as he is pure rec and won't ever go beyond nitrox. I have looked around a good bit for packages but haven't found much. Looking for best bang for buck and not necessarily the cheapest way out. Any ideas?

Dive Gear Express has nice reg sets. Don't think they have the atomic computers on the site, but they can in theory sell you a cobalt, which seems to be the best of the console computers.
