I use an oxycheq bc for spearfishing ,because I love how streamline it is. With that in mind, I would really like to do away with my octo, and was wondering if any knows if its possible to connect an air 2 source to it. I dont see them available on the site, but am wondering if there are universal air 2's that might work.I have the single tank wing. Thanks for the help

It should fit, provided the corrugated hose is 1" in diameter (which is what the ScubaPro AIR 2 uses). I'm pretty sure that it is (had a Oxycheq wing about a year ago). You will probably need a longer hose though as the wing manufacturers usually don't expect you to use the hose for a combined octo/inflator. You will also need to replace the existing inflator hose (the low pressure hose) with the one that comes with the AIR 2.

The corrugated hose is the correct diameter. But you may want one a bit longer to reduce head movement restriction using the air2. You may also want to consider converting the elbow to a pull dump. It is pretty standard connections so compatible with many other smaller manufacturers including dive rite.

You might want to take a look at dive rite express (www.diveriteexpress.com). They have a lot of inflator accessories including pull dumps and an Rite Source inflator/octo.

Good luck.
