need help on ikelite lens ports for d90

I have a fairly new d90 with NIKKOR 18-105mm f/3.5-5.6G ED VR (this is the standard lens that comes in the package).

I'm trying to find all the components needed for the lens port and the dome. Please someone give me the list of all items.

I personally wouldn't bother in using the 18-105mm underwater. If your going to spend the money on the 8 inch dome, then a nice wide angle lens like the Tokina 10-17mm would be more suitable. If you want to shoot macro a flat port with either the 60mm or 105mm Macro lens would be the deal. Its just that the 18-105 doesnt do a great job of either wide angle or marco.

I've been doing some reading and it seems people go for the tokina 10-17 and the nikkor micro 60mm or 105mm for underwater pics.

if budget is tight, which lens do you recommend I should buy first?
