Can someone help identify this first stage? It’s not marked with any brand information.

No idea but looks to be a flow by piston, like a scubapro MK 2, not a lot of parts, there are a lot of similar regulators out there
 
It could be any one of a number of piston regs by several OEM's. At least two in Taiwan produce a reg that looks like this.
