when I bought my equipment used from a reliable source a few yrs back, a second reg setup was inccluded. I have never dove it, and was thinking of giving it to a my girlfriend who usually rents to see if she likes the way it breathes.

Can some one help me with any info as far as how old, is this a good reg.....

The first stage is made by Dacor and has the numbers 360 on the yoke. The primary reg is a Dacor pacer Aero. And there currentl is no octopus

The reg was serviced before it was given to me but as I said I never have used it.

any info would be appreciated.

Um, you have a Dacor 360 Pacer Aero regulator. It's actually a pretty decent balanced diaphragm reg and should still be serviceable. The 360 was introduced in 1986 and produced into the 90's. Make sure you have it serviced by someone who knows the line, as there is a pre and post 1991 version and several internal parts are not interchangeable. The post '91 version has a black plastic cap under the yoke, the pre '91 doesn't.

Neil,
thanks. had the reg serviced and other than the high price for parts, there were no problems reported by the LDS. Have not had the chance to use it for a dive yet. hopefully in a week or two.
