Need external strobe for S400 recommendation (+)

Hello, this is my first post as I am new to the board.

I have been desiring an external strobe for the S400 for some time. Need some recommendations on strobe(s) that will work well with the S400, plus any modications required to get the strobe to work.

A good strobe will grow with you and they are not cheap. Expect to pay probably at least what you paid for your camera and housing together.

There have been a lot of members asking about adding a strobe lately, so have a bit of a look around or do a search and see what decisions they have come up with.

...help very much. It explains different strobes, but not what is compatible with what. Unless I'm not utilizing a functionality I don't know about??

You should be able to use the fibre optic set-up with your camera. Inon and Sea & Sea offer this, I believe.
