Hey gang, looking at doing lots of diving this coming season. However, one of my dilemma is where to go for air fills in Georgian Bay, south east side of the bay?

I don't know of any place in Midland, Honey Harbour, Penetang and even north of there.

Can anyone help?

Thanks a bunch,

Safe Diving!

If I recall, Lawrence Beagan owner of the now close "Diver Down" scuba shop in Toronto still runs an air station up there on his property just west of Big Tub lodge.

Sorry can't help you there as this board only approves of pufferfish approved stations and hardly anyone is meeting that standard in Ontario ATP

Maybe because Pufferfish was clamouring for the wrong standard?
(BTW: did anyone ever happen across a copy of CSA Z275.2?)

Ignore us Jak, the reference is to an old but bitter battle. Hope you find something close. If it makes you feel any better, I'm in the same boat. Closest shop is a 2 hour round-trip.

Big Tub Lodge is in Toby area isn't it? That's not SE Georgain Bay. :(

Thanks for the update. Looks like it's not going to be easy to get air. How about fire stations in the area?

Maybe I'll get my own air station....:-)

You are right Groundhog, Big Tub is not in the SE area of Georgian Bay. But hey! any suggestion is a good suggestion. Maybe I need a Offshore Speedboat that will get me there in 30 Minutes...:-)

Sure did find a copy and it is being rewritten as we speak.
Expect it to look very much like Z180.1-00 with regard to testing when the new edition is done. :eyebrow:
